You will be greeted by a caring staff member as you sign in, or you can sign in ahead of time with our web based software. We have mats and towels to rent or purchase from our extensive retail selection. The yoga room is kept at the perfect hot temperature and humidity for Bikram Yoga. Plus, we have recently added exclusive anti-odor flooring to the yoga room. Whether you are coming for the first time or have been practicing for years, you will appreciate our facilities and our compassionate and knowledgeable teachers. Our state of the art studio heating system has been designed to keep the room at the perfect hot temperature for practicing Bikram and adjusts the humidity levels to ensure an amazing work out. Plus, our newly installed flooring is eco-friendly, anti-microbial, anti-bacterial and waterproof. Our teachers are handpicked to be the most knowledgeable, caring instructors around. Plus, we have free parking during class, showers and plenty of changing space with lockers.
